Fusion Packaging has acquired Architectural Beauty, a private label cosmetics and skin care development company based in Paramus, NJ. A purchase price was not disclosed. Fusion Packaging co-CEO Derek Harvey made the announcement during MakeUp in Los Angeles this week. According to Harvey, Architectural's innovative formulas will enable Fusion to vertically integrate packaging and product to further develop its turnkey division, which has been renamed Fusion PKG Beauty Lab.
